Hi Everyone,

Last week i bought a size 18 pair of jeans as my other size 20 jeans were getting baggy and they were so comfy so i thought this week i'd get another pair -- and i got into a size 16 this week - so chuffed -- also i would usually buy a size 20 t-shirt but this week i bought a size 16.

I know its not a size 10 or owt but its the smallest ive been for a couple of years and I am soooo pleased !!!
I will definately keep going with this diet for a least another month to hopefully get into a size 14 next !!:)

Go you!! :) That's a great achievement! I think size 16 is a great marker to hit because pretty much all high street shops carry 16's, so, it opens up your options!

Well done! Keep up the good work!!

Good for you, that's brill!
I started a size 24, and now I'm just about comfortable in a size 18 from Asda and Primark which I never dreamed I'd be able to fit into!
You're doing great!

That's brilliant hun, keep up the good work.

Its really motivating when you have to start buying clothes in a smaller size isn't it.

Keep going you'll soon be in the next size down.
