bouillon

Hi all,

I read somewhere that you can drink bouillon on CD? Is this true? What about the salt content?

How much are you allowed?

I drink it all the time. Love it. One spoonfull in 250ml hot water. X

Not sure - my book is 2 years old - but I think it is limited to 1 cup of that or the water flavourings per day

I've been having it, I get the reduced salt one, its actually really filling!
