Bounty chocolate

Hello everyone the search function on my phone isn't bringing much up...
I have just been to the gym and nearly passed out so I had to eat some chocolate to get my sugar levels back up I had a bounty chocolate bar one piece not the two...
There was no nutritional info on the back so I can't do the 1 Syn to 20 calls rule as its from a multi pack..
Could anyone e so kind an to tell me how many syns is in the one piece thanks x

Did a search for you chick and it's looking like 3 syns each piece. Not bad me thinks - I do love them.

Aw brilliant thanks so much was hoping there wasn't loads in them.. May have to take one to the gym each time just incase I go grey and sickly..
