Bouquet Garni alternatives

Hadn't a clue what this was so just googled it but I don't have any of the herbs to hand, anyone know if I could use one of the herb infusion pots instead? Its for one of the soups in the SW soup book!

I always use the Knorr "herb" stockpot! I cook the onions, add any spices then place the herb stockpot on top and allow it to infuse, mix well then add your meats etc.
