Bowel problems

Sorry about this question but has anyone had problems with really loose stool instead of being constipated? I broke wind earlier and had to run to toilet!!

No sorry, I have the opposite problem of not going on these shakes. Need to get myself some fibregel!

Yes I did. Exactly as you said. First 6 days was awful, just after each shake. Its stopped now (2weeks on). But then so has the weight loss which is odd. I think it must have something to do with the body getting rid of toxins or something!! No idea!

Just read that you had your gallbladder out - I did too in February. I got gallstones from doing CD or from being pregnant, and had the gallbladder removed. Then it went wrong and I ended up in hospital for 3 weeks with bile leaks/pancreatitis etc etc.. I often wonder if the diarrea was because of all that? Pharmacist hadn't heard of anyone getting it until me....

No my pharmacist hasn't either. It hasn't happens since soo fingers that it finished.
