Bran Flakes- Syns

I tried to search but couldn't find anything.

I've got two packets of Asda Smart Price Bran Flakes and thinking of snacking on them instead of using them in cereal as today I have used my HExB.

Does anyone know how many syns are 28 grams?

30g has 111 calories, so that would be 5.5 syns.. So around 5 syns for the 28g

Can you use bran flakes as a HExB

if you're synning bran flakes it's 4 syns for 25g, or 7.5 syns for 45g
