i could write a whole page on how ive been on so many diets and always ending up falling off the wagon so Im not gonna do that Its a new year and im eager to change my eating pattern.slimming world here we come :D please feel free to give me some pointers


Breakfast

2 nurti grain biscuits hexb
grapes
apple

lunch

Caesar Salad, letteuce, Onion, chicken
3 tbs kraft light caesar dressing
shapers rhubard crumble yoghurt


Dinner

meatballs, pasta and vegetables ( courgettes, peppers,mushroom,onioins and cherry tomatoes).

day off from work so no food planned fingers crossed i dont mess up

not to sure about lunch and tea so will pop in later when i decided

mushy peas curry smells and taste great the hubby loves it too couldnt shut him up lol

yeah you can theres four biscuits in a pack but you can only have two as hexb. but to be fair they are quite dry so two is plenty

A bit of a unplanned day today woke up late so didnt have time to organise my food, need to start planning the night before

breakfast

sothern fried chicken fridge raiders
ministrone mugshot and grapes

small donner kebab
with mint and barbecue sauce mixed salad
large tub of mixed melon

absolutely stuffed nothing more for me tonight

Friday green day


Bad day today crap day at work, emotional eater could of really pigged out today

Jacket potatoe with beans and cheese
classing cheese as (2hexa ) as I got it ffrom hey potatoes from the food court where i work, very nice tho

2 slices of Garlic bread came with the jacket potatoe random I think but again very nice gonna class it as 10synns

most likely pasta with tomatoe sauce and veg

husband tempted me to a bakewell tart 9syns at least I only had 1

havent had hexa :( need to plan these in a bit more, would be so much easier if i had milk in my tea or coffee

Well done on your weight lose hun you must be pleased. Im loving it to but still got so much christmas goodies in the house but one step time how are you finding it are you doing a writing a food diary I find that its really helping me x

and side salad with letteuce tomatoe and onions Hubby made tea which was lush but side salad was like a main meal well half my plate bless him

Well just realised looking at my diary that I could actually be doing a red day so im gonna. Wil be hacing kellogs chewy k bar and nice cuppa

A little amazed that i lost 2lbs knowing i messed up on syns a few days but heres to another consistant week

Hi Hun am loving sw have been really motivated have mostly followed EE with a couple of odd red & green chucked in. I was very good at Xmas I didn't touch a single chocolate gave tin quality street to my daughter I didn't want anything tempting hanging around :) the only choc I'm allowing myself to eat is no added sugar cause that doesn't cause a binge reaction whereas normal choc does once I start I can't stop, I did buy the kellogs chewy bar really nice but could have easily carried on eeek have put them in the fridge so they take longer to eat have got 2 boxes don't think I will buy anymore too much temptation I might be feeling week one day lol. Well done on ur 2lb loss I weigh again on tues feel like I'm not going to lose cause I'm eating so much. Hope ur having a good weekend xx

Monday

2 boiled eggs
1 slice of hovis seed sensation (hexb)
2tsp of clover 2 syns would only use one tsp but hubby made breakfast bless him

Lunch

2 slice of beef leftovers from yesterday dinner
vegetables sprouts, carrots and leek
gravy guessing 2syns
Muller greekstyle yoghurt 0.5 syns

Dinner

Jacket potatoe oh yes 2 tsp of clover light 2 syns
Cheese (hexa) and baked beans
fruit salad kiwi, strawberries, blackberries, grapes
