if it's white flour (which I believe they all are?) then no, it will be fully synned at 20 calories = 1 syn. If you give a specific brand, I can look it up but it's unlikely any will be a HexB choice.

How much weighed out dried to you think roughly equals 60g when cooked? I want a pizza lol do you part bake it then weigh it? As it will weigh more with the toppings on
