Bread Question...


I'm new to this forum, wish i'd starting Slimming World years ago - i've lost 12lbs in just over 3 weeks and i'm finding it all relatively easy to follow.
I'm a bit confused about bread if anyone can help me?

I have 2 wholemeal slices of toast but recently i've discovered Hovis Best of Both which is white but with the goodness of wholemeal - is this a straight swap or isnt it as easy as that?

I dont want to risk gaining weight by swapping my wholemeal for the best of both.

I was always confused about that one two, my hubby wont go near wholemeal so that seems like a decent compromise although im a bit suspicious of it! x
