Bread roll

could anyone tell me how many syns I would have to count for a bread roll if I was also using it as my Hex B ?

A heb is for the roll. Wholemeal of course. It can weigh 60grams then the rest to be synned.

I am sure that is what you mean. I will see if I can find out how much per gram. Had a look if a hex wholemeal roll is 60g it would be 6 syns therefore every 10g over would be 1syn.

I was going back and forth from here to SW and ringing bank at same time

Yes this is what I mean! So a 60g wholemeal roll could be my Hex B & then for every 10g over that it’s 1 syn, right? Confusing!

It is because the hex.b has to be a certain amount of fibre. Hence 40g porridge oats.

If it were me and it was just say 1g I probably would not count.
