Bread - tummy gone down

I read on here, I think it was on here somewhere:D about cutting out bread and alternatives to bread, anyway, I have thought for a long time bread bloats me, so since Friday I haven't had any bread at all.
And my tummy has gone down loads. It's not flat but then again I don't look 6 months pregnant:D. Even my hubby noticed. And I have lost another pound since the weekend. :scale:

Yes, I agree-cutting out bread made me initially lose weight-but it is the thing that I fancy most when I am hungry

Bread is my passion but the difference in my shape when I cut it out is amazing.

I tend to replace bread with ryvita, feel it helps add something you crave but takes out the bread.
