Since starting SW I've only had bread twice in two weeks. Both times it was 1/2 a large slice of granary and both times I've been as bloated as ever after it. Has anyone else had this or am I the odd one
I find not eating bread lead to a good loss at the scales last week, so I'm cutting it out altogether. As well as bananas and grapes (both just too high in sugar).

Forgot to buy bananas this week and was going to nip to local supermarket to get some, but don't think I'll bother now, see if it makes a difference to me too
