You would have to syn them as they are cooked in oil. Wholemeal bread/toast would be OK as a HExB, as long as it was 1 slice as chances are it'll be from a 800g loaf.

i had a treat and had 2 x poached eggs,grilled fresh toms, fry light ,quorn sausages x2,grilled back bacon x2, grilled mushrooms, 140g Baked Beans,fry light, pepper steak strips. ...OMG ! I was stufffed for the day..... lovely and all with no syns.

I love SW... "diet what diet"
