Hi all, I'm doing slimming world from home after having baby no 2, I done slimming world after baby one and am back on again. I was doing red days but finding them very boring and can't find any nice recipes even though I lost 5lb in first week and 2lb during my second week also my star week! I knew how many HE's I could have on red but don't know how many when doing EE. Also can you actually loose on EE? I can't see how by eating as much carbs and meat as you like?? Do I stick to red or change to EE??
