Can anyone tell me if u get more syns or healthy extras (and whether a's or b's) when breastfeeding?
I was a member pre-pregnancy and now Abigail is 4 weeks old I want to start shifting this weight!
Always said reason for doing SW was so I would b able to carry on while pregnant-but I gave up! Piled tons of weight on and ate rubbish and now want to get back on track.

Hi hun, I was given this infor at group 3 weeks ago so im guessing its pritty upto date.

Upto 2 months 5 EE or 7 Green/Original
2-3 months 6EE or 8 Green/Original
4-6 months if starting to wean 5 EE or 7 Green/Original
4-6 months if not weaning 6EE or 8 Green/Original
over 6 months when weaning 3EE or 5 Green/Original
