Bridesmaid in June and Bride in November with a lot of weight to lose!

    I am getting married in November but was struggling to find the motivation to lose weight as it still seemed a long time away.. Today I was asked to be a bridesmaid for one of my best friends who is getting married in June.

    Although I am so excited I am also very nervous as do not feel comfortable in myself therefore decided I needed to start a food an excercise diary to keep myself motivated :)

    As it is already halfway through the day I am going to monitor everything I eat and drink from tomorrow and do my best to stay on track so I will not be worrying about my appearance on these amazing days and will just be able to enjoy every moment :)

    Thank you! Have completely forgotten to update this! It has beem hectic recently

    I'm just trying to watch what I eat and will be trying to go to a few excercise classes a week too!

    I've been slacking with this! And was naughty and had macdonalds yesterday :(

    Today was better:
    Breakfast- 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and sugar
    Lunch- Sweet potato, baked beans and cheese and butternut squash and chickpeas
    Dinner- 2 slices of peanut butter on toast

    Drink- 1 can of coke
    1 can of cherry coke zero
    1 glass of tropical squash
    1 peach Herbalife tea

    Breakfast- Two slices of white toast, two poached eggs and baked beans

    Lunch- 1.5 sweet potato and baked beans and cheese

    Dinner- Subway nachos with double cheese and one scoop of mint choc chip ice cream

    Drinks- Water, 1 can of cherry coke zero, 1 can of pepsi max and a cup of green tea with raspberry and pomegranate

    Dinner was naughty as went to the cinema - although I did resist macdonalds :)

    Two weetabix with a teaspoon of sugar

    Lunch: Carrot and butternut soup with two slices of white bread and butter

    Dinner: Not sure

    Graze my thai
    Graze cookies and cream

    One can of cherry coke zero
    One white hot chocolate

    I am going to box fit tonight and have signed up for a half marathon next year so have to start hitting the gym really hard soon :)

    Signed up for a herbalife trial- starts tomorrow :) can't wait!

    Breakfast: Vanilla herbalife shake with soy milk

    Lunch: Sweet potato with beans and cheese

    Dinner: Vanilla herbalife shake with soy milk

    Snacks: Vanilla almond herbalife protein bar and a chocolate peanut herbalife protein var

    Breakfast: Vanilla herbalife shake with soy milk

    Lunch: Vanilla herbalife shake with soy milk

    Dinner: Butternut squash risotto

    Snacks: lemon herbalife protein bar

    One boiled egg, carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn

    Lots of water!
