Hello, Well i started slimming world today and this is my menu. Hopefully you can tell me if im doing things wrong or if i need a slap or a hug... Will edit as and when Thanks for reading, Look forward to chatting....

Day 1-
Breakfast-
Strawberries grapes banana and a muller light.

Lunch-
Tuna pasta and grated carrot with a dollop of yogurt.

Tea- Egg n SW chips with 2 whole meal bread.

Snack- Some fruit & Curly Wurly- 6 syns.
Drinks- Diet coke

Total Syns 6 Syns

Day 2-
Breakfast-
Muller light with strawberries grapes and banana.

Lunch-
Tuna and pasta with Cucumber, spring onion and a dollop of yogurt and lighter than light mayo (not sure if thats used any syns anyone?

Dinner-
SW chips egg, beans & mushrooms (i forgot to get the chicken out for our stir fry so had this instead).

Drinks- Diet coke.
Snacks- Fruit a curly wurly- 6syns.
Total Syns - 6?

Day 3-
Breakfast-

Lunch-

Chicken Stir fry

Snacks- Crab sticks, Fruit Curly wurly & Alpen light.
Drinks- Diet coke, Pepsi max n water.

Day 4
Breakfast- Mullerlight
Lunch- Tuna Pasta
Tea- Had a naughty tea (burger n chips from chippy) Had some bad news so wasnt really in the right frame of mind. Will be bk on the straight n narrow tomorrow!

Snacks- Crab sticks, Curly wurly.
Drinks- Water, Diet coke.
Syns- 6 & i dont even wanna know what the chippy was :(

Breakfast-
A few grapes with a muller light.

Lunch- Tuna pasta.

Tea- SW Chips and 2 pieces of whole meal bread. (had to be quick as hubby2be had to go to visit someone in hosp)
Snacks- Grapes,Crab sticks, Curly wurly.
Drinks- Pepsi max?
Syns- 6?

Breakfast- Muller light

Tea- Roasted Chicken, Courgette, Broccoli, SW Roasties a lil Gravey.

Snacks- Curly wurly

Drinks- Pepsi max Any tips on water intake?

Oh my wow! Thats probably me as i am always tired but i dont know how to drink water it sounds stupid i know but i can never get it enough in me! x
