    Like many before me, i too was advised to do a diary because i think i'm in need of help!

    This has been my week so far-

    B- Baked beans and eggs, banana, 350ml s/milk (HE a)
    L- Rice, mixed veg, stock
    D- Stirfry veg and fresh noodles (4 syns)
    Snack a Jack popcorn - (2 1/2 syns)
    Hi-Fi Bar (HE b)

    B- Quorn sausages, beans and eggs
    D- Pasta Quiche and salad, 42g l/f cheddar (HE a)
    Hi-Fi Bar - (HE b)
    Ketchup - (3 syns)

    B - scrambled egg ad 113g smoked salmon (HE b)
    L- leftover pasta quiche and salad, ketchup (3 syns)
    D- Quorn pieces, veg and cous cous (1 syn)
    2 alpen light bars (HE b)

    B- eggs, beand and quorn sausages, 100ml s/milk (HE a)
    L- 'Carbonara', 85g ham (HE b), 42g l/f cheese (HE a)
