Well Ive just made up my soup and i cut up a piece of brocolli and put it in and it was delicious. Is this really bad, it really helped satisfy me and i dont think theres many carbs in it?

If anyone knows, pse tell me. I promise it wont make me binge on anything else.

    :)

  4. Hiya,
Brocolli is allowed on aam and the 810 plan so it won't knock you out of ketosis and it won't slow your weight loss down but just be careful it doesn't make you want to crave more foods. Personally I'd just say...enjoy! But then I'm not a CDC and they may give you different advice.

No it's fine! I advise clients who have constipation to add broccoli or cauliflower to soups to help add fibre.

Some people add mushrooms to the mushroom soup too.

It's not going to make any big difference to your weight loss as someone said you can have 200cal meal on SS+ or 810plan.
