Was it something like this? It's nice so it might be worth a try if you can't find the one you're looking for.

Hope this works as I've never posted before - just loitered.

    Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese
    Syns per Serving | Green & Original - 2½
    Servings | 4
**add 5 Syns per serving if not using the cheese as part of a Healthy Extra choice
    Ingredients
    - 175g (6oz) broccoli florets
    - 350g (12oz) cauliflower florets
    - 295g can Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Mushroom Soup (7 Syns)
    - 150ml (¼pt) skimmed milk (2 Syns)
    - 140g (5oz) half fat cheddar cheese, grated**
    Method
    1. Boil the vegetables in a little salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to a 1.2lt (2pt) flame-proof dish.
    2. In a small pan, whisk the soup, milk and half of the cheese and heat through.
    3. Pour sauce over vegetables and top with remaining cheese. Grill until golden.
