Broke Ankle & Leg - Cal Counting

I broke my ankle and leg 6 weeks ago and I had no choice but to start counting cal as I was going to be on my back with leg elevated from the day I broke it. Much to my surprise, I have lost a stone and lost 5 inches from waist and 2 inches from stomach area :D
I have been trying to lose weight before this and trying everything and anything. My friend last year put on 2 stone so this scared me, she broke her foot. So I said I would download myfitnesspal.com and keep track of what i was eating on that. Best App ever :D I logged back on today to see peoples diaries just to refresh my food :) so glad this is working. Wait til I can walk again and start exercising wohooo
