broke the habit!!!

i'm really pleased with myself,,started to go off track on wed then sts on thurs and wedding on fri,,ate and drank what i liked,so sat morning i say ok i'll start again on monday as i've munchies today but then remembered what the leader said,,by waiting till monday you could have 1 or 2lbs gained again so i went to supermarket picked up ww snacks and stayed witihn my points,,sorry for the long post but im pleased:D

Well done you! I had a horrific gain this week (many many parties and meals week before) and I wasn't going to start again til Monday but i woke up this morning and like you thought - why put it off for another day, lets get cracking.
