    Had some disappointing results of late. What do you all think?

    weds 12/8/09

    Breakfast: fresh fruit with 0% fat yoghurt and 1oz of Jordan's muesli (HEB)

    lunchtime: homemade corgette soup with tesco light choices fromage frais swirled through and 57g wholemeal bread (HEB)

    Snacks through day: 1 banana, 1 peach
    also tea using milk from HEA and water

    tea: homemade chilli made with 1.5oz lean minced beef (3.5 syns), chilli peppers, green peppers, tinned toms, kidney beans and usual herbs and spices and 28g cheddar (HEA)

    Thurs 13/08/09 - green day

    Breakfast: lots of fresh fruit with 0% yoghurt and 1oz Jordan's muesli (HEB)

    Lunch: cauliflower cheese made with SW cheese sauce recipe. Cheese HEA. 1.5 syns
    Alpen light (0.5 HEB)

    Tea: Pasta and Bacon Bake made with aubergines, courgettes, onions, peppers, bacon, salsa and tomato (5syns)

    snacks: banana, plums and damsons. Alpen light (0.5 HEB). Tea and water
