Brown bread roll!

Hi guys I forgot to weigh my bread roll and it doesn't say the weight on the packet.

It's a brown bread roll from tesco and they come in a 6 pack. Normally 12 rolls for £1. Tesco bakery brand.

Does anyone know the syn value or roll weight?

Also would you call this medium sized?

Your average brown bread roll is 6.5 syns but of course that could vary a lot depending on the size
