Hello everyone! I have 11 weeks until I fly out to Australia to live for 1 year and I want to lose a stone before I go. Re-starting SW today after moving away to try different diets (which didnt work by the way). Here is my food planned for today. Please feel free to comment!
Tuesday 22nd Feb - Extra Easy
B/fast = Cheese Omlette (HEXA)
Lunch = Couscous with turkey, sweetcorn, peppers, kidney beans and sweet chilli sauce (1 syn).
Dinner = Sausage Casserole (4 syns) with roasted sweet potato, brocolli and babycorn.
Snacks throughout the day
Bowl of Speed Soup, 2x Clementines, Banana, Mullerlight yogurt and 3 x Pink and Whites (7.5)
TOTAL SYNS = 12.5
