Hello everyone! I have 11 weeks until I fly out to Australia to live for 1 year and I want to lose a stone before I go. Re-starting SW today after moving away to try different diets (which didnt work by the way). Here is my food planned for today. Please feel free to comment! :eek:

Tuesday 22nd Feb - Extra Easy

B/fast = Cheese Omlette (HEXA)

Lunch = Couscous with turkey, sweetcorn, peppers, kidney beans and sweet chilli sauce (1 syn).

Dinner = Sausage Casserole (4 syns) with roasted sweet potato, brocolli and babycorn.

Snacks throughout the day
Bowl of Speed Soup, 2x Clementines, Banana, Mullerlight yogurt and 3 x Pink and Whites (7.5)

TOTAL SYNS = 12.5

I was very good last night as I didnt have any alcohol but I did think that Pink and Whites were 1 syn each so had 3 but then found they are 2.5 syns each! Oh well I was still within my syns allowance for the day.

Wednesday 23rd Feb - Extra Easy

B/fast = Quorn Sausage & Bacon Pitta Bread (HEXB) and tom sauce (0.5)

Lunch = Speedy Soup with couscous. strawberries and Vanilla activia yogurt

Dinner = WW Med Veg Pasta meal (1.5 syn) with steak, carrots and mangetout topped with cheese (HEXA)

Snacks throughout the day
Clementines, Banana & toffee mullerlight yogurt. 3 x Pink and Whites (7.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 9.5

Thursday 24th Feb - Extra Easy

B/fast = Cheese (HEXA) and Tomato Omlette

Lunch = Speedy Soup with couscous and turkey pieces. Strawberries and Mullerlight.

Dinner = Homemade chicken curry with rice, mangetout and babycorn

Snacks throughout the day
Clementines, Banana, 2 x Alpen Light Bar (HEXB), 3 x Pink and Whites (7.5)

TOTAL SYNS = 7.5

Weighed myself today as my weigh in days are going to be Friday's. Only started SW on tuesday so no weight loss at the moment. Hopefully will be this time next week.

Friday 25th February - Extra Easy - WI day

B/fast = Quorn Sausages

Lunch = 3 Ryvita (HEXB), ham, tomatoes, cuecumber and cottage cheese.

Dinner = Homemade spicy quorn lasagne (HEXA), chips and brocolli.

Snacks throughout the day
Clementines, Bananas, Mugshot, Bowl of speed soup. 4.5 pink and whitres (11.5)

Saturday 26th February - Extra Easy

B/fast = 2x Quorn Sausages, 3x turkey rashers, beans, mushrooms and fried new pots.

Lunch = Homemade tomato and basil risotto with prawns.

Dinner = Homemade double bacon cheeseburger (HEXA - cheese and HEXB - bread roll) with SW chips and BBQ beans.

Snacks throughout the day
Fat Free super nooldes, 3 x pink and whites (7.5), strawberries and yogurt.

Sunday 27th February - Extra Easy

B/fast = 2x Quorn Sausages, 3x turkey rashers, beans, mushrooms and toast (HEXB)

Lunch = Left over lasagne with brocolli and carrots.

Dinner = Lemon and Garlic roast chicken bake and cheesy pots (both from new SW mag)


Snacks throughout the day
3 x Pink and Whites (7.5), piece of BD cake (5)

TOTAL = 12.5

Well I cant believe it, I actually had a "booze free" weekend. Its been a while but it was definately needed! Also been on SW 100% for 6 days.... woo hoo!

Monday 28th February - GREEN DAY

B/fast = Half a grapefruit, 28g Fruit and Fibre (HEXB) with chopped up banana and milk (HEXA)

Mid Morning Snack = Bread roll (HEXB) with cottage cheese, toms, cuecumber and 3 x quorn sausages.

Lunch = Jacket potato with baked beans.

Dinner = Quorn Chilli con carne topped with cheese (HEXA) served with couscous.

Snacks throughout the day
Roulade, s/berries and Activa Yogurt.

TOTAL SYNS = 0

Woo hoo, day 8 on 100% slimming world. Feeling very smug at the moment. Lets hope I can keep it up until weigh day on Friday.

Tuesday 1st March - GREEN DAY

B/fast = Cheese Omlette (HEXA)

Mid Morning Snack = Activia FF Vanilla Yogurt

Lunch = Chickpea Dhal & couscous

Dinner = Smoked Haddock (HEXB & HEXA) fish pie from SW mag, served with brocolli.

Wedneday 2nd March - Extra Easy

First Thing: Half a grapefruit


B/fast = Quorn Sausage & bacon pitta bread (HEXB)

Mid Morning Snack = Banana

Lunch = Homemade cheese layer pasta salad with chicken bits (HEXA)

Dinner = Sainsburys BGTY Vegetable Curry (1 syn) with added chicken and brocolli.

Activia FF Yogurt, 3 x pink and whites (7.5)

Thursday 3rd March - Red Day

First Thing: Half a grapefruit

B/fast = Cheese (HEXA) omlette.

Lunch = Homemade red pepper and tomato soup with quorn sausages. Bread roll (HEXB) with salad and syn free dressing.

Dinner = Asda Lamb Shank (3 syns) with 198g new pots (HEXB) and carrots.

Snacks throughout the day
Vanilla FF activia, some wafer chicken. 3 x pink and whites (7.5 syns)

Weigh day today and I lost...... 2 pounds! Woo hoo. :D Very pleased with that. Roll on week 2.

Friday 4th March - EXTRA EASY - WI day

Tea throughout the day (HEXA - milk)

B/fast = Quorn Sausages

Mid-morning snack = banana

Lunch = Homemade red pepper and tomato soup with quorn sausages. Pitta bread (HEXB) with salad and syn free dressing.

Dinner = Fish, veggies and pasta in tom sauce.

Snacks throughout the day
Vanilla FF activia, kelloggs fibre bar (6), Alpen Light (5.5), Pink & Whites (15), Vodka & Lemonade (20)

TOTAL SYNS = 46.5...... bit of a blow out but "food wise" it was ok.

Saturday 5th March - EXTRA EASY

B/fast = Scrambled egg, mushroom, beans, sausage (1) on toast HEXB

Lunch = Jacket potato with chickpea dhal.

Dinner = Spaghetti Bolognaise served with brocolli and cheese (HEXA)

Snacks throughout the day
Half a grapefruit, mugshot, strawberries and yoghurt, 3 x pink & whites (7.5), 2 x single vodkas (5), Bottle of lager (1).

TOTAL SYNS = 14.5 - pretty good for a Saturday!!!

Sunday 6th March - EXTRA EASY

B/fast = Half a grapefruit. Fried pots, beans, sausage (1), mushroom and 2 x fried eggs.

Lunch = Homemade burger in a roll with cheese (HEXA) & (HEXB) with corn on the cobs and mixed side salad.

Dinner = Butter chicken (from sw mag) served with rice, brocolli and carrots.

Snacks throughout the day
Mugshot, 3 x pink and whites (7.5)

TOTAL = 8.5

STS this week which I dont know if I am pleased about really. As was really good and I went swimming 3 times this week. Last week I didnt go swimming and I lost 2 pounds!... hhhmmmmm. Sticking to it though as I actually "feel" slimmer which is the main thing. Scales only show a number, its how I feel which is the main thing. :eek:

Friday 11th March - EXTRA EASY _WI

B/fast = Cheese Omlette (HEXA)

Lunch = Jacket potato with beans

Dinner = Eating out so will chose wisely!! DIDNT CHOSE WISELY. HAD CHICKEN BURGER AND CHIPS, BUT DIDNT HAVE A DESERT! START AGAIN TOMORROW.

Strawberries & Mullerlight, oranges.

Forgot to post yesterday. Was a boring day really, cant be bothered to post but I had a extra easy day and had 11.5 syns in total.

Monday 14th March - RED DAY

B/fast = 42g Crunchy bran (HEXB) served with a chopped banana and milk (HEXA)

Lunch = Red pepper and bacon soup. Cheese (HEXA) and vegetable frittata.

Dinner = Baked fish with roast new pots (HEXB) and lots of vegetables with sweet chilli sauce (2)

Snacks throughout the day
Strawberries & mullerlight, oranges.

TOTAL SYNS = 2
