    So on Wednesday I got my head back into gear and started actually sticking to the diet. Work is my hardest thing due to doing stupid hours and not getting to eat properly. The last 3 days I've been doing SAS logs to keep track of my food. If I remember I'll also post my food diaries and body magic on here so you guys can kick my ass as well. I need it!

    I know I probably need more superfree in there and I'm working on it!

    Edit: I usually only eat twice a day due to work. As I do shifts unless I'm off I don't have time for a separate lunch and tea so they get combined at about 3pm and breakfast/snacks are had spread over the morning.

    Can you post them as meals so we know sorta what you are eating and when - at first glance it looks like you are not eating enough, I can't really see more than two meals in each day there...

    Maverick I've changed it to meals, was just copying off my SAS log. As I've now explained above I rarely eat more than 2 meals a day.

    Aah ok, makes more sense now, altho I think you will need to up your eating, I never used to eat breakfast and my losses were nil, as soon as I started eating 3 meals a day, the losses started

    I do try but it is just so difficult as I do home care so I'm either dealing with a client or driving to the next one. Literally hardly a minute free! I'm pretty much used to the way I eat now and actually don't feel hungry on 2 meals a day as long as I make sure I have some fruit or the like on me. I know I can loose weight only eating this much as I've had amazing weight losses before.

    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    Just an idea you could have 2 alpen light bars for breakfast they are one HEXB? yummy too and easy to eat on the go :) wishing you luck xxxx

    Haven't posted for a few days. I've lost Saturday and Sundays diaries and Monday went totally off track. Also haven't done a diary today but will start again tomorrow. However, at WI I lost 2.5lb and today I did the 2nd day of my C210k.
    Next week aiming for 4.5lb as I need to average 3.5lb a week for the next 2 months.

    Well I'm still sticking to the diet however since I stopped doing food diaries my weight loss hasn't been as good. Therefore, from tomorrow its back to recording. I've chosen the best possible day as we're having a family BBQ! However, I have a load of meat free burgers in the freezer at 1 syn each which are scrummy and I've asked my mum to get me some wholemeal buns which I can use as my HExB's. So fingers crossed with that I can have the BBQ for only about 5 syns!!

    Other than that I plan to do Day 3 Week 3 of my C 2 10k tomorrow followed by some time on my wii (possibly wii fit and zumba) as I want my Bronze and Silver body magic on Tuesday. I'm now eating loads more fruit and actually choosing fruit over junk without thinking. If someone offered me an apple or a bar of choccy I would actually prefer the apple! Never ever thought I would say that!! The chickpea cake my friend has made me had helped loads as well. Its brilliant to take to work but I'll have to learn to make it myself for when I'm at uni (plus buy a food processor).

    Fingers crossed for a good day tomorrow!!

    Thanks. Would have been so easy to have the same stuff as my family (regular burgers and sausages on white buns) but already had the burgers and grills and asked my mum to get some wholemeal buns. I really want to do this at the moment though, especially as I want to have lost 2 stone between the beginning of July and when I go uni in September.

    From Joes Sausages. They were certified syn free until SW stopped certifying however they still show all the values on the website so you can check they're still free (they are). They are lovely.

    Ok updated todays eating. Not as good as I hoped as ended up having 20 syns at the BBQ not 5 but still far better than it could have been!!
    Off to do some body magic later when I stop feeling bloated.

    Well just come back from Day 3 Week 3 of my Couch 2 10k and had the best most amazing moment ever. At the end of my run I had a bit of my route left and decided to see how far I could jog. I run along a canal towpath so decided to see if I could get from the lock I was at to the next (about 300m) so off I went and I got there feeling fine so thought I'd see if I could get to the bridge (100m) and I did that too!! I could easily have gone further but that was the end of my route.
    Just the best feeling ever as when I started this I couldn't have even jogged from the second lock to the bridge never mind from the first lock.

    Also halfway through my run some joggers went past me whilst I was on a walking stage. At first I was so jealous and thought that's not fair. But then I stopped and thought that in a few weeks I'll be there too.

    I really really can't wait to go out tomorrow now.

    Plus I'll get my Body Magic Bronze and Silver awards on Tuesday so excitingness ahead!!

    Just thought i'd say hi. Your meal plans are very well laid out. I wish I could be so organised. Do you follow the EE plan then?

    What are you going to study at uni? I'm just nosey so tell me to bog off if you want! :D

    Well done on getting back on track though...I know only too well how hard it is sometimes.

    I usually follow Green as I hardly ever eat meat. Today was Red as I had a BBQ so was eating meat. EE is usually Sunday only for a roast so I can have meat and potatoes. However, the plan I use sometimes changes halfway through the day if it means I can have more syns/HEx.

    As for uni I'm off to train as a Paramedic. Both terrified and excited! And ask away.
