HI all, new to he forum and to the plan, I am a 30yr old male with quite a bit to shift, on day 2 and realised I'm gonna be very reliant on this forum if i'm going to succeed so it would be good to have a buddy ideally in a similar position to me.

I would have given up a long time ago without this forum. It's like I have to tell on myself if I slip up n cheat... That's why I don't lol. Amazing support. Good luck, you will defo be vanishing soon x

Definitely on board - I'm 26 with ideally 8 stone to lose - starting at a little over 21st.
