building a refeed plan??

I am working on a refeed plan at the moment. I know I probably won't be at it took September. As I'm lookin to compete next year am thinking ahead!

Keeping the focus on protein, was sticking to around 110-130g protein (training six days)

Aiming to keep carbs low, perhaps higher on training days with powerlifting.

Putting a spreadsheet together with phases and food to reintroduce. Anyone else adapting a refeed or working on somethin??

I have the start of my refeed very soon and have a post on this forum looking at my approach - feel free to read if it would be useful.
