Hello all
Welcome to my "Back To Basics" diary!

I've gotten to the point where I'm heartily sick of seemingly constant dieting but getting absolutely nowhere!:cry:

So this is a new start for me. Going to concentrate on upping my F&V, increasing my cooking from scratch, and avoiding processed crap as much as possible!!

So todays menu:

B: Fruit n fibre
L: Homemade meatballs with veggie packed tom sauce and pasta
D: Granary bread, sliced pork, grapes and light crisps.
Snacks: Banana

A good day today :)

L: Pork Sandwich, light crisps, Apple
D: Pork stir fry (loads of veggies)
Snacks: banana, Belvita

Seems based round pork today - I'll be oinking at this rate!:D

Valentines day! And not a bit of pork in sight today!:D

Todays menu:

B: Belvita
L: Jacket potato and cheese and beans
D: Roast chicken, potatos and parsnips (cooked in fry light), sprouts, carrots and gravy
Snacks: None

But I have bought a bottle of wine to have with dinner. As OH is teetotal I guess I will prob drink all of it :eek: Have been good today in anticipation of this though!:D

Hello I've just started healthy eating it's quite quiet over here so thought I would pop in and say hello, your doing great :) I'm sick of dieting to!
