try a natural laxitive to start with with senna in (they should sell the own brand stuff in boots).....
If those dont work after a couple of days, then dulcolax is the medical solution....but not the easy one....1 can often be enough for some people, but i have to take 2 and will end up with a lot of stomach ache before it all comes out so to speak.
i get this all the time on CD unless i'm on my 810 weeks when i managed to go naturally the entire time....just goes to show just ow important good food is for the functioning of the human body....but all in good time! lol
