burger king lamb flatbread?

I would love to know the syn value of this as i did have it today but it was lovely an my OH said this tasted lovely n healthy lol!!

Apparently the lamb flatbread works out at 708 calories and almost half of that is due to the bread so I can imagine it must be high. I doubt you could count the lamb as free as it is likely not extra lean (very hard to get in the UK) So even saying 100 calories of that is salad, and I doubt that, it'd be about 30 syns...

Ouch.

A quick google reveals its 708 calories so going by the 1syn 20 calories it works out at 35.4 syns.
Not sure if he warrants any free foods to knock it down any but I doubt it !!

It wouldn't qualify for a free food allowance anyway so 708/20 = 35.5 syns
