breakfast: scrambled egg and beans with wholemeal roll (HEB) with brown sauce (2 syns)

350ml full fat milk (HEA) (HEA)

lunch: crosse and blackwell rice
4 alpen light bars (HEB) (HEB)
dinner: spaghetti, 84g extra light phillie (HEB) 28g cheese (HEA)

snacks: fat free yoghurt
42g cathedral city lighter with grapes (HEA)
special k chocolate biscuits (5 syns)
2 finger kit kat caramel (6 syns)

4 healthy extra A
4 heatlhy extra B

Hiya Natalie...

Just a quicky that I spotted just now...on a Green Day or a Red Day you're only allowed 2 HEA and 2 HEB which equals 4 altogether, I noticed you'd had 4 of each and it's 2 of each, so you might want to change that for tomorrow.

Apart from that little mistake, good start!

Just noticed you're breastfeeding so need more HE's? If so scrap my post above, whoops!

:) - yes i am allowed normal amount of healthy extras plus 4 extra on top at the moment so green or red i decided 4a and 4 b and on ee it would be 3a and 3b - how unbelievably cool is that ;)

Tuesday 1st February - EXTRA EASY

Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana, chicken, apple, clementine, sushi (1.5 syns) 2 alpen lights (HEB)

Snack: 2 alpen light Cereal bars, 175ml ff milk for coffee (HEA, HEB)

Lunch: Gammon, mashed and roast potatoes, roasted carrots and broccoli

Usually do my post natal aerobics class but i have sore throat and feel really pants so no exercise today :(
