Butchers Sausages

Hi there, I was wondering if someone can help me out please and see if im going in the right direction. Our butcher makes the most amazing sausages and hes told me exactly what goes into them.
Best pork (no fat)
6 grams of breadcrumbs each sausage (and each sausage is 86 grams)
So because I cant work out carbs/calories etc to use the SW tool online, I figured that I would only need to syn the breadcrumbs? 25g of white bread crumbs is 3 syns so I worked out 6 grams is around 0.75 syns (so 1 syn)

Would anyone else agree or am i missing something?

Thanks any help would be great.

Anyone? Was just wondering if im thinking along the correct lines... Thanks! x

I suppose the problem is you have no way of knowing for sure that the mince used to make them is less than 5% fat so you can never be sure your syn calculation is accurate. So it would be up to you whether you want to eat them without knowing the real syn value or not. Sorry to not be more helpful xx

Patchwork thanks hun appreciate your response, I completely forgot about the less than 5% fat bit, I will ask the butcher! Thanks again x
