Hello I am new to this so looking forward to help and swapping tips and advice. Does anyone know the SYN values for the bew Butterkist Sour cream and chive popcorn? The values are 520 calories

Protein	8g
Carbs	50.5g
Fat	30.1g

This is for 80g.

As there is no free food allowance you can simply use 1 syn for every 20 calories to work it out xx

I'm not sure I can reconcile sour cream & chives with popcorn :crazy: but I certainly can't be doing with 26 syns !
