    Hi

    Does anyone know how many syns are in Butternut squash and sweet potato packet from Asda, I know it would be free if I was doing easy extra today, but i am doing red so i need to syn the sweet potato and i cant calculate how many syns

    550g in pkt

    think you need to seperate the sweet potato and weigh that as bns is free

    kind of thought that,

    So 275g of sweet potato and i shared it so 187g for me so that works out at roughly about 9 syns omg!!!! but it was fab.
