Butternut Squash Chips?

I always see people talking about these, what are they like? How do you make them and how many PP are in them? Thanks xx

You peel & cut up a butternut squash the same way you'd cut up potatoes for chips. Spray em with frylight or use a tsp oil for 1pp. You can add some seasoning and herbs if you like? Then bang em in the oven at 200 for 25-30mins. Simple
