Butternut squash soup - 190 calories per serving

This will make about 6 good servings.

½ large butternut squash
1 onion
1 medium potato
2 knorr chicken stock cubes
150ml of skimmed/semi milk
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare veg and dice into cubes.
Put in a pan with 2½ pints of water and add the stock cubes and pepper and cumin.
Bring to the boil and simmer until cooked (about 20 mins).
Liquidise the soup, add the milk and reheat gently.
Season with salt if needed.
