Had to get a butty for lunch...

It was on a White roll with marg and ham and salad...

Any idea of the points? It was from a butty shop so no nutritional info...

I'm really gutted that I ate it...

In the book most sandwiches are between about 8 and 15. So I'd plump for somewhere in the middle and put it behind you! Hope this helps gembee
