Read the list of ingredients. What is the percentage of meat? Recently someone on here was asking about "chicken roll" which turned out to have only 60 per cent meat in it.
Are there lots of extra ingredients used as fillers? Starches, dextrose (a type of sugar). etc. The more of those there are the more likely it is to have syns.
The only way to be sure is to ask here and someone will probably be able to tell you. But the above should give you some clues.
