As I have endless pieces of paper with random days amounts of points thought I would start food diary :) if anyone notices my points for foods are wrong please tell me !

16.11.2010 - 23 points

Breakfast : crumpet & flora - 2 points
mid morning : mini cakes for friends birthday - 6 points
lunch : pasta & ww salad cream & tuna-7.5 points
mid afternoon : snack a jacks - 1.5 points
Dinner : chicken breast+garlic mushrooms+ small jacket potato +ww salad cream - 6.0

Well done on losing 7lbs on your first week !
I started back on the discover plan yesterday after falling off the wagon for a week, i'm finding it hard though because it's TOTM for me and i'm craving Chocolate like mad.
Instead of using pieces of paper to keep track of food, points etc why not use a tracker booklet they are really cheap on Ebay now because people have started the Pro points plan.

I'm not suprised I lost that much as prior to that was my 25th birthday and went away with the girls and ate and drank like a small hippo so any calorie reduction was bound to work !!
Good tip on the ebay things, will have a look.

Wednesday 17th November - 23 points

Breakfast : 2 crumpets and flora and small glass of orange juice - 5.5
Snack - walkers baked crisps - 1.5
Lunch - ham and philidelphia on ww bread-3 points
snack - cadburys lite mousse-1 point
maryland cookie - 1 point
Dinner - Omelette with 2 x tinned frankfurters & half can of beans-10
half scoop of ice cream - 1 points

Thursday 18th November :23

Breakfast : 2 crumpets and flora and small glass of orange juice - 5.5
Snack : cadburys lite mousse-1 point
Lunch : WW chicken soup and 2 pieces ww bread - 2.5
Snack : walkers baked crisps - 1.5
Dinner : poached egg, 2xfrankfurters, beans and jacket potato and ketchup 12.5

Friday 18th November (posting for tomorrow to work out wine allowance :p)-28.5 points arghghhhh

Breakfast : 1crumpet low fat spread - 2 points
Lunch : 2 slices bread - 2.5 points
snack-A jammy dodger and a cookie - 3 points ??
dinner - 50 grams pasta with mushrooms onions chilli and garlic and some creme fraiche - 4 points
white Wine :) - 5 large glasses and a small one (woo hoo) 17.5 points

if anyone thinks the above is wrong please tell me. Not sure on creme fraiche or wine :sigh:

So yesterday went over by 5.5 points as once the wine started flowing I couldn't stop.
Felt ill (hungover) today so haven't eaten ANYTHING....yet.

Saturday 20.11.2010- 15.5 points
Prawn chow mein-3.5 points
Can of coke-2 points
Crunchie-4 points
Some chips-4 points
Curry sauce-2 point

Ok so today is a bit of a write off but below points and a good walk tomorrow and a healthy day and will be back on track.
My head hurts lol.

Oh god I've totally lost it this weekend with food-tom=chocolate and cheese cravings. !!

fruit salad - 0 points
2 x slices granary bread,lurpack, mayo and parma ham- 7 points
3 crackers with cheese and butter =6
sugar free lime cordial - 1 point
chicken, gravy, carrots, beans broccoli - 6.5 points
5 x orange after eights -2.5 points

24.11.10-23 points - still not well :mad:

2 alpen light bars - 2 points
2 pieces of ww bread and soup - 2.5 points
Dinner - 100 g noodles with soy sauce - 6 points
snack - ice cream with sprinkles :cool:-6 points

just ate 4 biscuits after writing this having such a bad day needed some crappy food ! - 6.5 points

29.11.10- ended up having some birthday cake last night (can't even be bothered to point it it was amazing so assume it's a bout 20 million points) so eating light today before tomorrow's weekly weigh in !! 15 points
