Hi Sarah,

I love C25K, its a great program to get you started.
I am currently on Week 5, i should be on about week 7 but i have had a couple of health set backs so im really looking forward to getting back into it.
I never thought i would be able to run for 30 seconds and now i can do 5 minutes, twice over....get me :)

Theres a thread on the fitness forum on minis here i think about c25k.
