Cadbury yoghurts

How many sins are in one of the Cadbury yoghurts eg the wispa one or the flake one?
Also does anyone know how many sins are in a meringue nest?

You can work them out yourself using one syn for every 20 calories.
And look a bit further down the board and you'll find a couple of threads on meringue nest from earlier this week.

If it's the 90g twinpots they are about 10/11 syns unfortunately
