Cadbury's

Hi Guys

Does anyone know the syns for the Cadbury bars i.e. Turkish, Caramel etc.

The size Im referring to is the one you get in a pack of four but it doesn't say anywhere on the label what the weight of the bars are. It will be approx 38g as the four pack total weight is 154g.

Well I did a quick search on Syns Online for Cadburys Turkish and all I could find was the following:
* Dairy Milk Turkish Bar, 49g bar = 11.5 Syns on all plans
* Dairy Milk Turkish Bar, 140g bar, each chunk = 2 Syns on all plans
* Dairy Milk Turkish Bar, 230g bar, 4 chunks = 7.5 Syns on all plans

Did the same for Cadbury Caramel and found the following:
* Dairy Milk Caramel, 47g bar = 11.5 Syns on all plans
* Dairy Milk Caramel, 16g treat = 4 Syns on all plans
* Dairy Milk Caramel, 140g bar, each chunk = 2 Syns on all plans
* Freddo, Caramel, 19.5g bar = 5 Syns on all plans

Not sure if this is any help to you really, as there are no 38g (or there about) bars listed.

Mmmm not sure if i've got that wrong then. I bought a pack of four Turkish Bars and 4 Caramel bars (before starting SW!) and it say on the outer wrapper 154g - maybe this per bar and not the total 4 bars!! Im confused now. x

you could always use the 1syn per 20 cal rule as no free food allowance.

weigh them and then work out the syns from the information above

I did that with Easter eggs, by dividing the syns I'd found online with the weight of the chocolate it said online and then timesing it by the weight of the egg.
