caffe nero frappe milkshakes and other ice cold naughty drinks

Hi

I have been saintly till now and when I have the odd coffee out either go for a costa light or a general small latte and use my HEA for it

but the summer sun is here and I am out tomorrow and really fancy having something cool, refreshing and a bit naughty

so my old favourites where the nero mint milkshake and have just seen they do italian lemonade now too

any ideas of the syns in these or any other suggestions?

Hiya I LURVE a frappe latte so went to treat myself last week.

Luckily, the lady there was doing Slimming World and told me there's thickening powder that is put in the drink that makes it so high in syns! I had no Idea. So I had it with skimmed milk without the powder, it's not quite as thick but when it's made up it goes all frothy in the cup.

O just seen it was about the milkshakes! But HTH anyway. The lemonade is less syns I was told.
