Ok, I have here a tin of soup. Per 100g it's 43kcal and 0.1 sat fat..... Now calculator makes that 1/2 pt. As the tin is 400g does that make it 2 pts?

Wen u calculate 172kcal and 0.4 sat fat - it says 2.5pts. Might not seem much but if I dont get it right for things throughout the day, could miss a few hidden points....

    Whats the general consensus? x

I work out the amount per 100g as per the label then multiply it by the amount of serving Im having. So Id count it as 2 points
