Im confused because when i go on my online meal/ingredients list its diffrent to when i put in the nv on my calculator...

As long as your calculator is legit (I had an app on my phone that I was using that was calculating pp wrongly and I went 2 weeks without realising) then I'd follow the NV values you're putting into the calculator.

its my online calculator, its just that the dolmio pasta pouch twists are coming up at 7pp for the whole pouch but the online ingredients list is saying 8pp.
