calling target members and others close to target ?

Hi everyone so far ive managed to lose a stone and a half and gain a few lbs i am currently 25lbs away from target but have noticed recently a big decrease in my appetiete my SW constultant says that this is normal but i seem to have stopped picking at things too and only eating when i am hungry this week i felt as though i had/was going to get a big weight loss as i felt like i had lost a lot but when i got on the scales it showed only half a lb now i am sticking to plan again this week 100% in hopes that mabey it will show next week but is this normal for someone so close to target? Also now that i am only 25lbs away does anyone have any hints n tips about getting down through that final stage?
