Calorie Counting My Way to Goal! Shelbys Food Diary!

Ok so some of you may know me from the WW forum if you have been on there over the past few months i have become a serial restarter and just couldnt seem to get my head in the weight watchers game. So ive decided to abandon slimming clubs all together and just stick to good old fashioned calorie counting. Since i was 16 i have tried so many different diets hoping for that quick fix, and short of chopping off a limb i dont think it exists! I have 50lbs to lose and if i do that in the next year id be delighted!
Please Follow and ANY advice is always welcome :)

Day 1

Breakfast:

Weight Watchers Bagel - 154
Egg, Free Range Medium - 88
3 Cherry tomatoes - 9
40g Mushrooms - 9
25g Yellow Pepper - 7
35g Onion - 15
5 Sprays Fry Light - 5

Lunch:

2x Hovis Nimble Wholemeal Bread - 102
205g Branston Beans - 201
2tbsp Aldi Lighter than Light Mayonaise - 20

Dinner:

300g Quorn Lasagne Ready Meal - 397
80g Frozen Garden Peas - 65
40g aldi bramwells tomato ketchup - 40

Snacks:

150ml Glass Semi Skimmed Milk - 74
1 pk Salt & Vinegar Frisps - 153
2x Baby Biscotti - 48
130g Sweet Potato Mash with 10g Butter - 193

DAILY TOTAL: 1580/1590

Just for arguments sake i just pointed all this up on WW and it came in at 37 points my old daily allowance was 35 points plus weeklies, bizzare how today i feel satisfied yet on WW i always wanted more, maybe because the 49 weeklies were always calling me? Worth a thought!
Mind you i did sit last night and try and plan to be a bit more nutritionally balanced as im new to vegetarianism and wanted to get more protein so it might be that ive made better choices than i normally would. Hey-ho a good first day in my books :)
 
Day 2

Breakfast:

2x Tesco Everyday Value Golden Syrup Pancakes - 130
1tbsp Golden Syrup - 49
50 Sainsburys Basics Frozen Mixed Berries - 15

Lunch:

50g Bombay Mix - 232
3x Hovis Nimble Wholemeal - 153
1 slice leerdammer cheese - 72
Homemade Risotto Leftovers 1 small portion (Guesstimate) -200

Dinner:

Ended up going out for a curry :s i was good ish........ but couldnt tell you what the calories were in what i had.

Snacks:

2x Hovis Nimble Wholemeal Bread - 102
60g Soft Cheese with Onion & Herbs - 66
Cheesestring - 66
Salt And Vinegar Frisps - 153
Cadbury Star - 165
Aldi Ice Pole x 2 - 36

DAILY TOTAL: 1439/1590
