Hi! I tried it for a week and it didn't really help me, but I've heard a lot of people have success with calorie cycling (which is basically, having a lower / higher net on certain days to those of you wondering what we're on about).

I may give it a go again if I hit another plateau, but I'm already on the minimum of 1200 calories so I don't really feel comfortable cycling under that.

I agree with fattack. We're already dieting, and therefore living off basic levels of calories so I don't think it's too wise to further reduce basic intake too many times.

And completely off topic, how are you fattack? We've not seen you in a while! Hope you're well! x
